Spent xmas at this hotel and really enjoyed the festive decorations and the Christmas dinner buffet. The room was clean and spacious with comfortable beds and soft pillows. , the breakfast was quite good with a variety of choices and freshly made waffles. The hotel is located near a shopping area and public transportation, which was convenient for us to explore the city.
The check-out process took much longer than expected and the staff seemed unprepared for the holiday crowds. The room service was quite slow and the food was not very flavorful.

the Spa & wellness centre was a highlight, with a variety of massages and treatments available. the room advantages were exceptional, with a comfortable and clean bed, a large bathtub, and a beautiful view from the window.
Though this hotel was exceptional in many ways, the service at the front desk could be improved. It took longer than expected to check-in, and the staff seemed unorganized.

Had a great stay during my Christmas vacation. the amenities offered at the hotel were impressive, with clean and spacious rooms. the location of the hotel is also in the heart of the city, making it convenient to explore nearby attractions. Breakfast was quite enjoyable with a variety of options to choose from.
Although the hotel was good, the dinner menu lacked variety and seemed repetitive. the TV remote control was quite outdated and had several non-functional buttons.

This hotel is situated quite far away from the city center. the surrounding residential area makes for a calm and peaceful vibe. the rooms are great,with soft and comfortable beds and luxurious bathtubs. They are well maintained and spotlessly clean. the staff is polite and tries their best to provide a good service. the hotel buffet breakfast is quite diverse with a good spread for all tastes.
The Chinese restaurant on the second floor has very slow service, which can be frustrating for those in a hurry.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The English-speaking staff was very helpful and courteous. The room was very comfortable and clean, and it had a bathtub. The fitness center was well-equipped, and we were able to use it during our stay. The breakfast was excellent, with a big selection of food. The hotel's taxi service was reliable and convenient. The check-out time was prolonged without any trouble, and we appreciated the flexibility.
Nothing negative to say. This hotel provided a great stay, and we have no complaints.
